Terms and Conditions

Spence & Dave’s Junk Removal, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, provides residential and commercial junk removal, cleanout, and demolition services.
By requesting or authorizing services from the Company, submitting your information through our website, or opting into our text messaging communications, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates are based on information available and volume visible at the time they are provided. Prices quoted are valid only at the time of the estimate and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may change if the actual volume differs from the estimate, additional labor is required, additional materials or items are present, or site conditions differ from those disclosed. The customer will be informed of pricing adjustments before work is completed whenever possible. If, for any reason, the customer chooses not to proceed once crew and equipment have arrived, a trip or dispatch fee may apply. Any additional work requested afterward will be charged separately.2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include:- Cash

3. Acceptance of Work & Claims
All services are deemed satisfactory unless the Company receives written notice within 7 days of job completion. Any claim for property damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the occurrence. Claims submitted after this period are conclusively waived. The Company’s liability for non-performance or malfeasance is limited strictly to the amounts paid for the services rendered.4. Business Hours & After-Hours Service
Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Services performed outside regular business hours are considered special business hours and are billed at higher rates.5. Unforeseen Conditions After Work Begins
Due to the nature of junk removal, cleanout, and demolition services, unforeseen conditions may arise once work has begun, including additional items, hidden materials, or site conditions not visible at the time of the estimate. The customer acknowledges and accepts full financial responsibility for such conditions and understands that obligations for previously agreed-upon work remain in effect. The customer agrees to hold the Company, its heirs, and assigns harmless regarding these circumstances.6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain current contact information
- Obtain authorization from property owners when requesting services
- Ensure safe access to service locations
- Disclose the presence of hazardous, regulated, or restricted materials prior to service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Prohibited & Hazardous Materials
The Company does not accept hazardous, toxic, flammable, or otherwise regulated materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, paint, and biohazardous waste, unless expressly agreed to in writing in advance. If such materials are discovered after work begins, the Company reserves the right to decline removal of those items, and the customer accepts full responsibility for their proper disposal. The customer agrees to hold the Company harmless for any costs or liability arising from undisclosed hazardous materials.8. Property Damage & Access
Service work may require access through doorways, hallways, stairwells, or other areas of the property. While the Company takes reasonable care, the customer accepts that incidental wear or minor damage may occur during the removal process and agrees to disclose any fragile, valuable, or hazardous conditions in advance. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service.9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may request to cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting our office. The Company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for appointments canceled without reasonable notice, where permitted by applicable law.10. Text Messaging Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Spence & Dave’s Junk Removal, including appointment confirmations and reminders, service scheduling updates, estimate follow-ups, invoice and payment notifications, customer support communications, and promotional offers where applicable. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with our company and the services requested. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Users agree not to:- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with website functionality
- Submit false or misleading information
